What is your application fee?
$75 per applicant 18 years or older
What is the security deposit?
$500 for standard applications

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Our pet fee is $300 per pet plus an additional $25/month per pet. Service and support animals that are medically necessary for the person to use and enjoy the apartment have pet fees waived.
AMENITY QUESTIONS
Is there a washer and dryer in each home?
Yes, each home at The Reserve at Greenfield comes equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer.
RESIDENT QUESTIONS
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, you can create a resident account and set up one-time and recurring payments.
Is there a fee to use amenities?
There is no fee for amenities on site at The Reserve. Yearly memberships are available to purchase for use of the indoor/outdoor pool and tennis/pickleball courts at Greenfield Estates next door.
